MerCruiser 454/502 CID Multi-Port EFI 1997-2006

These fresh water cooling systems, manufactured for us by San Juan, will convert a currently functioning MerCruiser 454/502 CID Multi Port Fuel Injected models (1996-2001) from a raw water cooled application to a fully functional fresh water cooled half or full system (depending on the kit). The systems come complete with a heat exchanger, thermostat & housing, expansion/surge tank, all gaskets, hoses, bolts, brackets & clamps necessary to convert from raw to fresh water cooling. Fresh Water (Closed) Cooling full systems will circulate anti-freeze through your exhaust manifolds as well as your engine block, protecting both from the harmful effects of raw water corrosion and potential ice damage.

Specify if Magnum (add $20).  Cools both engine block and exhaust manifolds.

3" Spacer
If you have a 3" spacer block in between your exhaust manifold and exhaust riser, check the box to the right.  There will be an additional charge of $20 per fresh water system added and you will get the appropriate hardware to accommodate them.
