Volvo Penta V6 & V8 Chevy All Years

These fresh water cooling systems, manufactured for us by San Juan Engineering, will convert a currently functioning Volvo Penta V6 & V8 Chevy, Carbureted & Throttle Body Fuel Injected models from a raw water cooled application to a fully functional fresh water cooled half system. The systems come complete with a heat exchanger, thermostat & housing, expansion/surge tank, all gaskets, hoses, bolts, brackets & clamps necessary to convert from raw to fresh water cooling. Fresh Water (Closed) Cooling half systems will circulate anti-freeze through your engine block, protecting it from the harmful effects of raw water corrosion and potential ice damage.

V105 4.3/5.0/5.7L (shown above)	1970's Front Mounted Fresh Water Half System by San Juan Engineering, fits Small Block Chevy V8 Volvo Models "B" and "C" using the (1) piece manifold assembly and the belt driven raw water pump.
V110 4.3/5.0/5.7L	Late 1970's Fresh Water Full System (cools both block and manifolds) by San Juan Engineering, fits Small Block Chevy V8 305/350 CID Volvo using the square Chris Craft manifolds.

V111 4.3/5.0/5.7L	1997 - 2006 - Off Engine (remote) Mounted (due to fuel pump and alternator locations) Fresh Water Half System by San Juan Engineering, fits 4.3L V6 and 5.0/5.7L V8 Chevy Volvo engines, carbureted and EFI, with Serpentine Belt. Adds 1 1/2" to bottom of engine.
V111-B 4.3/5.0/5.7L	2000 - Off Engine (remote) Mounted (due to fuel pump and alternator locations) Fresh Water Half System by San Juan Engineering, fits 4.3L V6 and 5.0/5.7L V8 Chevy Volvo engines, carbureted with V-Belt. Adds 1 1/2" to bottom of engine.
V112 4.3/5.0/5.7L (shown above)	1994 - 2006 - Front Mounted Fresh Water Half System by San Juan Engineering, fits 4.3L V6 and 5.0/5.7L V8 Chevy Volvo Model GSI. Fits both carbureted and EFI engines with V-Belts. Will not fit engines with serpentine belt. This kit adds 3" to the front of the engine. Heat exchanger arrives painted black. Specify in "Special Instructions" of order process if it is a 2004 or newer engine.
