Volvo Penta V6 & V8 Chevy All Years

These fresh water cooling systems, manufactured for us by San Juan Engineering, will convert a currently functioning Volvo Penta V6 & V8 Chevy,  Carbureted & Throttle Body Fuel Injected models from a raw water cooled application to a fully functional fresh water cooled half system. The systems come complete with a heat exchanger, thermostat & housing, expansion/surge tank, all gaskets, hoses, bolts, brackets & clamps necessary to convert from raw to fresh water cooling. 1994 - 2006 - Front Mounted Fresh Water Half System by San Juan Engineering, fits 4.3L V6 and 5.0/5.7L V8 Chevy Volvo Model GSI.  Fits both carbureted and EFI engines with V-Belts.  Will not fit engines with serpentine belt. This kit adds 3" to the front of the engine.  Heat exchanger arrives painted black. Specify in "Special Instructions" of order process if it is a 2004 or newer engine.
