MerCruiser 305/350 CID Carbureted & TBI 1986-2002

These fresh water cooling systems, manufactured for us by Seakamp Engineering and San Juan Engineering, will convert a currently functioning MerCruiser 305/350 CID Carbureted & Throttle Body Fuel Injected models (1986-2006) from a raw water cooled application to a fully functional fresh water cooled half or full system (depending on the kit). The systems come complete with a heat exchanger, thermostat & housing, expansion/surge tank, all gaskets, hoses, bolts, brackets & clamps necessary to convert from raw to fresh water cooling. Fresh Water (Closed) Cooling full systems will circulate anti-freeze through your exhaust manifolds as well as your engine block, protecting both from the harmful effects of raw water corrosion and potential ice damage.

Fresh Water Cooling Full Systems
SK 4821 1986-1997 - Front Mounted Fresh Water Full System by Seakamp Engineering, fits 305/350 CID 5.0/5.7L V8 Chevy MerCruiser, Carbureted or Throttle Body Fuel Injected engines w/ center discharge exhaust, Alpha, Bravo, or straight inboard.  Works on engines with v-belts. In order for this kit to fit properly,  the engine must have the cylinder head style that has the valve cover bolts going through the center of the valve covers (should be 1986 and newer style or earlier if the head have been replaced with the newer style).  Kit accommodates all engine options available. Also fits 4.3 V6.  This kit is engineered around the water flow of the Alpha 1 Stern Drive, and also works well with the Bravo Drive and Straight Inboard applications.

1990-1996 - Front Mounted Fresh Water Full System by San Juan Engineering, fits 305/350 CID 5.0/5.7L V8 Chevy MerCruiser, Carbureted or Throttle Body Fuel Injected engines w/ center discharge exhaust, Alpha, Bravo, or straight inboard.  Works on engines with v-belts. Kit accommodates all engine options available except is will not fit if fuel filter is up high on the head.  It must be bracketed off from manifold down low.. Also fits 4.3 V6.  In some cases, a seperate raw water pump may be required w/ Alpha Drive 5.7L.  Call for details.
SK 4825 1997 thru 1999 - Seakamp full freshwater cooling system Part No. SK4825 is designed for Mercruiser Chevy based V8 engines 305-350 C.I.D. stern drives. Works on engines with serpentine belt. Especially designed to take advantage of the low capacity raw water stern drive engines. Heat exchanger has high efficiency four pass design. Extend the life of your engine while protecting it from corrosion with this EASY TO INSTALL, quality built, and uniquely designed heat exchanger cooling system. Not for use on V6 engines.

If you have a 3" spacer block in between your exhaust manifold and exhaust riser, check the box to the right.  There will be an additional charge of $20 per fresh water system added and you will get the appropriate hardware to accommodate them.
